Lowest Price Guarantee:

• We are confident that babybrezza.co.uk offers the best possible price anywhere. If you find a lower price on an identical item, from a qualifying online retailer, call 01730 895761 or email us at help@cheekyrascals.co.uk and our Customer Care team will validate and match the price (Exclusions apply)
• Price match may be requested at the time of purchase or within 7 days after purchase.

Rules:

• Price match is strictly limited to items purchased at babybrezza.co.uk
• Only one price adjustment can be claimed within 7 days of purchase from babybrezza.co.uk
• The item must be identical (colour, size, model number) and in stock at the qualifying online retailer including Amazon.co.uk (excluding marketplace sellers) and all other major retailers.
• The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We will check the qualifying online retailer website to validate price, item and availability.

Validation of price, item, and availability will be checked against the website of the qualifying online retailer.

• For orders placed on babybrezza.co.uk – an order number or receipt is required for price adjustments after purchase.

Exclusions:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items.
• Coupon offers, email signup offers loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers.
• Excludes products sold by a marketplace seller/third-party reseller, unauthorized reseller, on eBay and any other website or retail store not explicitly listed in these Rules & Limitations.
• Circulars, printed ads, email discounts & brick and mortar store prices cannot be validated and are excluded from price matching.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You can return your order within the first 30 days of purchase providing that the item has not been used*. You will receive a full refund including any standard carriage costs you paid at the time of ordering. We may also accept unused returns outside of the 30day period providing they are in their original packaging and fit for resale. You may be refunded or receive a web credit depending on the circumstances and the length of time since purchase. Any original postage costs will not be applicable for refund after 30 days.

Goods that have been used* fall outside of this guarantee and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. By using the product you have accepted the goods and you will need to refer to your warranty terms

*(Please note the following:

•  Items that require water / formula to work also will be classed as used if water / formula is put into the machine. Please make sure that you wish to keep the item before using it.
•  These items cannot be returned once they have been used unless they are deemed faulty).

18 Month Extended Warranty

Exclusive to products purchased at babybrezza.co.uk, we offer an extended warranty period of 18 months from the original date of purchase. If a Baby Brezza product was purchased at any other retailer, the warranty period is one year from the original date.
